Running alongside our Golden Oldies Lunches we are delighted to let you all know we are now open for our Spring Lunches!
Bookings for both lunches are available Tuesdays & Wednesdays 12.30-2.30 Still 3 Courses for just £15!
As usual, large group bookings are still available in our Cromwells Eatery or our Rose Room.
Our Spring menu is open to everyone, including your furry friends! Just let us know upon booking if you are brining your dog along

Gin Masterclass
As a deliciously diverse spirit, gin can be enjoyed in a multitude of forms. Our 2 hour Gin Masterclass will provide you with the know-how to make your ultimate persoanlised gin, whilst enjoying our own, distilled onsite Whitehall Gins throughout the session. A specially created, by our head chef, ginology sharing platter will also be enjoyed whilst waiting for your very own gin to finish distilling.
Finishing the evening off with a Whitehall Distillery based gin cocktail - what more could you ask for?
Our classes are a fun night to be remembered with friends, family or work colleagues!
Gin Tasting
Our 1 hour Gin Taster is perfect for everyone, from the gin enthusiast to the yet to be gin lovers!
The hour includes an introduction to gin, a Whitehall Signature Gin & tonic, three different samples of our Whitehall Gin, A Jubilee Tower glass & of course, a non-alcoholic tipple for the non drinkers or designated drivers of the group!
Our Gin Taster is the perfect afternoon or evening & can bepurchased directly with the hotel - gift vouchers are also available as the perfect pressent!

The Whitehall Hotel, situated in Blackburn with Darwen, dates back to 1898 and enjoys many period features from the sandstone frontage to the panelled sweeping staircase, decorative ceilings and an open fireplace complemented by an impressive 16-foot chandelier.

Dine at our Cromwells Eatery- non residents are always welcome! Menus incorporate the highest quality ingredients from farmers, growers and our own on-site distillery. Comprised of dishes that are easily recognizable and feel simple but eat complex. The hotel aims to make all guests feel the warmth of familiarity within its doors, from friendly and knowledgeable service, to the glow of a wood-fire stove, to the comforting aromas of home, coming from our eatery. The Whitehall also offers an extensive afternoon tea program that features a selection of sandwiches, fresh-baked cakes and scones from our kitchen.
